Designing our custom city bikes meant paying attention to every detail and then checking it again.
Each part was researched, tested, inspected, and intentionally selected to create a bike that feels safe, comfortable, and easy to use. Bright lights and thoughtful placement help riders stay visible, while the grip-shift bell makes it easy to give a quick heads-up without taking your hand off the bars. The adjustable seat creates a comfortable fit in seconds, dependable brakes provide smooth, confident stopping power, and built-in anti-theft features help keep the bikes secure.
From the smallest bolt to the parts riders use on every trip, nothing was chosen just because it looked good. Every detail needed to work hard, hold up, and make the ride better.

We tested different lighting styles until we found the beam that delivered the best visibility to be seen on the road, then carefully positioned and secured each light to stay exactly where it belongs.
Custom plates protect the brakes, grip bells allow for quick and natural use, and airless tires take flats and the stress that comes with them out of the ride. Built-in anti-theft features keep the bikes secure, while full fenders help protect riders from puddles and road spray.
And we’re just getting started! Watch for our next post, where we break down the belt drive, gear setup, and pedal-assist capabilities that take these custom bikes to an entirely different level.
Just what it sounds like! These rubber tires don’t require tubes, so there’s no need to worry about getting a flat.
We selected the style and grade of rubber for our airless tires to provide plenty of cushion and comfort, with the perfect firmness to keep the bikes rolling smoothly without added drag.
The lights will automatically come on while you pedal the bike. The pedal assist bike lights turn on once the "power" button is on.
We tested multiple lighting styles and placements to find the right road beam. Dependable brakes, protective brake plates, easy-to-use grip bells, and full fenders add comfort in knowing you won't get puddles splashing up on you as you ride!
